G/FORE Golf Gloves – Add A Little Color to Your Game.

2193

To be honest with you, golf gloves have never really been something I put much thought into. My favorite was whatever was on sales at the time I needed a new one. At one point, I found a place that sold 3 gloves – Cabretta leather at that – for $20. Now that I live in Florida, it is not uncommon to sweat through 4 or 5 gloves in a round on a hot, humid summer day. I think I now have about 12 gloves in my bag with no particular brand loyalty. The only thing they all have in common is that they are white. That is until the people at G/FORE sent me one of their gloves in a lovely shade of green. Since then I have added black and dark brown to my repertoire as well. No reds or blues or yellows yet!

gloveG/FORE has several well-known pros wearing their gloves including Ricky Barnes, Alex Cejka, Tommy Armour III, and the LPGA Tour’s Kathleen Ekey. I was sure Ian Poulter or Ricky Fowler would be on the list!

G/FORE was founded by Mossimo Giannulli a golf lover and fashion designer, best known for his clothing company Mossimo. His goal was to add a little personality and color back into the game. Given the vast rainbow of color choices available on the G/FORE website (www.gfore.com) adding some color will not be a problem. G/FORE embodies his expertise in fashion, passion for golf, and dedication to creating products of unmatched performance and unparalleled style.

When it comes to golf, Giannulli is somewhat of a traditionalist. Because of this, he wanted the G/FORE gloves to be rooted in all the right things. They are made from the best hand-selected, grade-AA Cabretta leather and simply are the best feeling glove I have ever had the pleasure to wear. G/FORE provides a very solid connection from my hand to the club with no fear of the club slipping. IT also stands up very well to sweat. Well done Mossimo!

G/FORE gloves are available at most larger golf retailers including Golfsmith (www.golfsmith.com) and RockBottomGolf.com.
