The J. Lindeberg line of apparel was founded in 1996 in Stockholm Sweden, with a vision to create an international brand that bridges fashion and function. Their collections include men’s and women’s golf and ski apparel. The J. Lindeberg line can be found in over 35 countries and there are over 90 J. Lindeberg stores. Their golf apparel is second to none.

J. Lindeberg’s Elof Regular Fit Light Poly Pants are perfect for those cool fall days when you know it’s going to warm up before your round ends. These ultra-technical pants are designed with high breathability in mind. They also provide great flexibility, with no pinching or binding during your golf swing. The front pockets are easy to get your hands in and out of and the welted back pockets are large enough for any scorecard. More importantly, these pants are extremely light and comfortable. The JL logo is embroidered on the left front pocket. The Elof Regular Fit Light Poly Pants are available in waist sizes 30-38 and in four colors: Navy/Purple, Light Brown, Strong Blue and Black. Retail price is $110. These trousers are worth a good look.

The Somle Light Poly Shorts are crafted from the same lightweight, highly breathable fabric that is so popular in the Elof Regular Fit Light Poly Pants. The Somle Light Poly Shorts are available in sizes 30-40 and in several colors including Lime, Light Brown, Red Intense, StrongBlue, Navy/Purple and Black. Retail price is $95.

J. Lindeberg’s John TX Jersey Polo may be the sharpest golf shirt you ever own. This technical polo is sewn from Lindeberg’s bestselling technical TX jersey fabric that features built-in moisture management and is very soft to the touch. The three-button placket, ribbed polo color and ribbed cuffs on the short sleeves offer a classic golf look, but what makes this polo so special is the allover embossed pattern on the fabric. It leaves no doubt as to whose brand you’re sporting. In case your partners still don’t get it, the contrasting red JL logo on the left chest will spell it out. The John TX Jersey Polo is available in sizes S-XL and in Black, Dark Grey/Mélange and Blue Mélange. Retail price is a scant $95. It is my understanding that this polo is only available in a slim fit.

Another great looking polo from J. Lindeberg is the Truls Regular Fit TX Jersey Polo. It’s made from J. Lindeberg’s technical TX Jersey fabric and features ribbed polo collar and cuffs and a 3-button placket. This regular fit polo has built in moisture management properties and an extra soft feel to the touch. It’s well branded with the JL bridge logo embroidered on the back of the neck and a large JL Lindeberg silkscreen on the front left chest. The Truls Regular Fit TX Jersey Polo is available in sizes S-XXL. Retail price is $80.

When it comes to outerwear, J. Lindeberg makes some good-looking pieces and the Fieldsensor Armstripe TN Mid Jacket is no exception. This long sleeve, half-zip jacket features a stand collar as well as great moisture management properties and a four-way stretch fabric that doesn’t pinch or bind. The brightly colored stripes on the arm add a unique look as does the zippered pocket on the chest. This is one of J. Lindeberg’s signature pieces; one look and you’ll see why! The Fieldsensor Armstripe TN Mid Jacket is available in sizes S-XXL and in either Black or Dark Green. Retail price is $195. This garment runs small; consider ordering up a size.

The Tucker Structured Webbing Belt is a classic cinch belt with a metallic buckle. It comes in a 40-mm width (a little over an inch and a half here in America) and the webbing features the JL logo in an allover jacquard pattern. Made in Italy, this belt adds a fresh look to any wardrobe. The Tucker Structured Webbing Belt available in Navy/Purple, Dark Green and Black. Retail price is $90.

J. Lindeberg makes some cool golf hats too. The Banji Flexi Twill Cap is a classic baseball style hat with a raised, embroidered JL logo on the front, giving it a real unique look. It uses an adjustable Flexi-Band fitting system, similar to FlexFit The Banji Flexi Twill Cap comes in three colors: StrongBlue, Black and White and retails for $35.

I find that the J. Lindeberg line of golf apparel tends to run on the small side, so it’s best to try before you buy. The quality of their apparel and the colors that are available make this one of my favorite lines of golf apparel. For more information or to purchase online, visit www.jlindebergusa.com.
