Skechers1 It’s no secret that Skechers makes some of the most comfortable shoes in the world. In fact, my Go Golf Pro shoes are without a doubt the most comfortable pair of shoes I have. I feel I could easily walk 36 or 54 holes in a day in them; it’s other parts of the body that don’t let that happen anymore.

Skechers has introduced a line of clothing for both men and women that is quite impressive as well. The Men’s Go Golf Birdie Polo is crafted from a 95/5 poly/Spandex pique knit fabric and features a stripe design that starts just below the chest and continues to the bottom of the garment. It features great moisture-wicking and antimicrobial properties to keep you fresh and dry throughout your round and the presence of Spandex gives it that little extra stretch that allows you to move effortlessly and comfortably throughout your golf swing. The three button placket features Skechers logo buttons and the Skechers “S” heat transfer logo on the left chest leaves no idea as to the braSkechers2nd’s identity. The Go Golf Birdie Polo is available in sizes S-XXL and in three colors: Charcoal, Black and Navy. It is very reasonably priced at $48 and pairs well with Skechers Go Golf Half Shot Shorts.

The Go Golf Half Shot Shorts are also crafted from a blended material and provide that extra little stretch you need from time to time during your golf swing. The moisture-wicking and antimicrobial technology in these shorts keeps you dry and comfortable and the fabric is quite breathable which helps it to dry quickly. The gusseted front pockets are easy to get in and out of and the rear pockets can accommodate nearly any scorecard you throw at it. The gripper waistband helps keep your shirt tucked in and everything else in place. They are well branded too, with the Skechers and Go Golf logos. The Half Shot Shorts are available in sizes 30-42 and in black, gray, khaki and navy. Retail price is a low $56.

Women have some fashionable choices as well. The Go Golf Sleeveless Racer Polo is designed with comfort in mind and adds in a fit and trim look as well. It’s blended from the same 95/5 poly/Spandex fabric as the men’s Birdie polo and has many of the same technologies. The cut in the sleeves accents a women’s upper body nicely and the 6-button placket lets you determine your tan line. The Skechers logo on the left chest identifies the brand. The Go Golf Sleeveless Racer Polo is available in sizes XS-XL and in two colors: white or pink, both with black trim. For ladies, it’s a steal at $42 and pairs nicely with the Push Fade Shorts.

Skechers3The Push Fade Shorts are made from a 94/6 blended fabric that allows for maximum range of motion and are cut just right to highlight a women’s shape. The moisture-wicking technology and antimicrobial properties keep you dry and odor-free and the gripper gel waistband keeps everything tucked in and in place. The Skechers “S” logo is proudly displayed on the left leg. The Push Fade Shorts are available in sizes 2-14 and in Navy, Khaki, Black and White. Retail price is $54.

You have to commend Skechers on keeping it simple. Not a lot of variation in fabric or colors but what they do, they do right. Just like their footwear, Skechers Golf apparel is sure to appeal to the masses and the best thing is they have priced it right. Good, high quality golf apparel at an affordable price. Well done Skechers. For more information, visit their website at www.skechers.com. It may take a little work to find the golf apparel but well worth it.
