Bridgestone’s Tour B family gets a new XS TW version designed with the help of Tiger Woods

Launched at January’s PGA Merchandise Show the Tour B, Bridgestone’s newest ball family, now has a TW version of the XS model and the company says Woods was part of the team that created it.

“Tiger Woods has proudly stated that he has never been more involved with the design of a golf ball from birth of concept to final model, than he has with the new 2020 TOUR B XS golf ball, so it is only fitting that we offer a version to consumers with the same TIGER sidestamp that Woods himself uses,” said Elliot Mellow, Golf Ball Marketing Manager. “Combining this incredible new ball with some really cool new packaging that was taken from the 72nd green at Tiger’s huge major win last spring, should really appeal to golfers and collectors. This ball truly is a celebration of the nearly 20-year relationship Tiger has had with Bridgestone’s engineers throughout his playing career.”

The Tour B XS-TW has, as do all the Tour B balls, Bridgestone’s REACTIV cover of SMART Urethane which absorbs some of the club impact on slower swings to give better control and yet with higher speed impacts such as a driver has added distance creating resilience is a first for golf balls. This type of urethane is a first for golf balls.
