Your Chariot Awaits

Here’s a rhetorical question to start the day:

Does your frustration peak when commercial air travel lets you down?

Duh.

That’s why flying privately is at a high watermark.  And much of the golfer population is, as you’d expect, of high-net-worth ilk, opting for hassle-free experiences getting from Point A to Point B without blood pressures rising.

Proof point: We turn to Magellan Jets that’s become the No. 1 private aviation provider for golfers globally.

The Boston-based company is experiencing advance bookings like no other, transporting golf fans to and from the upcoming U.S. Open, Open Championship and Ryder Cup.

The 150%-plus increase over 2024 is attributed to Magellan Jets enhancing golf-theme accoutrements on luxury aircraft and a significant increase in go-to-travel provider status among PGA TOUR and LIV Golf League stars as well as recreational golfers playing famous courses worldwide.

The U.S. Open is at Oakmont Country Club (Pittsburgh, Pa.), June 12-15; Open Championship is at Royal Portrush Golf Club (Northern Ireland), July 17-20; and the Ryder Cup is at Bethpage State Park (Long Island, N.Y.), September 26-28.

Several of the world’s best golfers will be flying with Magellan Jets to these events, including 4Aces Golf Club’s Dustin Johnson who won the U.S. Open at Oakmont Country Club 10 years ago.  Johnson is widely known as one of golf’s most seasoned and experienced private flyers.

In addition to Johnson and his teammates Thomas Pieters, Patrick Reed and Harold Varner III, Magellan Jets brand ambassadors include PGA TOUR star Will Zalatoris and legendary golf instructor Claude Harmon III.

Magellan Jets flew roughly 10% of the player field to and from Augusta, Ga. for the Masters Tournament in April.  The company is the reliable travel choice for scores of professional golfers who invest in Magellan Jets’ Jet Cards and fly Charter with the company.

“Attending golf’s most prestigious and highly contested tournaments is an annual rite of passage for some and a once-only memory of a lifetime for others,” said Josh Lesnick, Chief Commercial Officer of Magellan Jets.  “Traveling in style is part of the experience, and our team goes the extra mile to make trips hassle-free and ultra-special for Private Clients.”

Discerning recreational golfers also trust Magellan Jets for travel to and from bucket-list golf courses across America and abroad.  In addition to iconic private clubs, Bandon Dunes, Kiawah Island, Pebble Beach, Pinehurst and Whistling Straits are among the most popular destinations.  Each Private Client is paired with a dedicated Private Aviation Advisor who is well versed in golf and manages all aspects of the end-to-end travel journey.

It’s so cool attending major golf tournaments.  Getting there in style at 30,000 feet could be even cooler.
